We build software for the
decisions that compound.

Raven is a private company founded in Barcelona. We build a single-platform alternative to the patchwork of point tools that institutions rely on for the work that matters most — under your jurisdiction, with provenance and auditability by default.

Principles

Four principles.
No exceptions.

01

Decisions, not dashboards.

We measure success by the quality of the decisions our software helps make — not by how pretty the charts are.

02

Provenance is non-negotiable.

Every conclusion ships with the chain that produced it. If you can't explain it, we don't ship it.

03

Operators, always.

We build with and for the people who carry consequence. They are our first reviewers and our toughest critics.

04

Long horizons.

We pick problems worth solving for the next decade — and partner with institutions willing to do the same.

Our story

Eighteen months of building.
A decade of intent.

  1. 2024 Q3

    Founded in Barcelona.

Two founders, one architecture sketch, and a working prototype of Muninn running on a single machine in a co-working in Poblenou.

  2. 2024 Q4

    First operator partner.

An EU industrial group becomes our first design partner, deploying Muninn v0 against a real plant-monitoring use case under a tight NDA.

  3. 2025 Q1

    Huginn prototype.

First working version of the Huginn case canvas — built side-by-side with two analyst teams in finance and energy.

  4. 2025 Q3

    First European banking customer.

Muninn and Huginn enter production at a top-15 European bank for risk-committee preparation.

  5. 2025 Q4

    Sleipnir enters private beta.

Workflow execution and policy-as-code reach a working state. Three customers run end-to-end loops on real production signal.

  6. 2026 Q1

    Exit stealth.

Raven introduces itself publicly and starts taking briefings. Forty institutions request first conversations within sixty days.

  7. 2026 Q2

    Seed round closed.

European-led seed round closes, anchored by Atelio Partners. Funds expansion across Iberia, DACH, France, and the Benelux.

  8. 2026 H2

    Sleipnir general availability.

Full Sleipnir release, including DORA major-incident reporting templates and NIS2-aligned workflows.

On the team

The bar at Raven is the highest I've worked under in twelve years. Every change is reviewed three ways. Every shipped feature is something I'd be happy to defend in a regulator's office.
